Job Title: Purchase Ledger Clerk
My client, a dynamic, stable and well established company, seeks a Purchase Ledger Clerk to joins its friendly and developing team. The atmosphere within this company can at times be quite loud so the successful candidate will be someone who is not easily distracted but has a good sense of humour.
As the Purchase Ledger Clerk, reporting to the Purchase Ledger Manager, you will be responsible for:-
i) Matching, batching and coding a high volume of invoices, a minimum of 75 per day
ii) Supplier statement reconciliations
iii) Payment runs including:- BACS, CHAPS, direct debits and computerised cheques
iv) Distributing and reconciling the petty cash
v) Processing expenses for all employees, including monthly credit card reconciliations
The successful Purchase Ledger applicant will have at least 18 months UK experience. The successful applicant will be passionate about high volume purchase ledger and will take pride in their work, they will be ambitious and will see themselves developing in this role.
